| The Jim Greerninger Color Note System is the
quickest way to learn to read music. In the next few days we will show
more details concerning the staff and notation. For now here are three
examples of converting what you have learned in the Easy Guitar Now
DVD to read it in music. Now there is no reason to use guitar "tabs" as an interim way to learning songs. Once you understand the Jim Greeninger Color Note System, you will be able to pickup any sheet music for guitar and learn the song from it. Study #1: the basic notes of the first (orange) and second (yellow) strings.
